Dear ROYAL DAY SPA guest,
soon the time will come, we are pleased to welcome you to the ROYAL DAY SPA of THERME ERDING. In addition to turquoise water, summer temperatures and numerous infusion & wellness offers, you can unwind and forget everyday life in your very own personal and exclusive retreat.
Before your visit, we would like to give you some information so that you feel comfortable with us from the first minute.
Access and payment THERME ERDING
With your reservation you automatically receive one guaranteed admission per lounge for two people to THERME ERDING. Even on busy days, weekends and vacations, no further admission reservation is required.
After paying the entrance fee for the sauna area (textile-free, from 16 years), you will receive a data carrier on which your lounge will be booked at the ROYAL DAY SPA reception in the Palazzo Veneziano.Payment is made at the exit cash desks or by voucher directly at the ROYAL DAY SPA reception.
Check-In
Please report in person from the opening time of the sauna area (textile-free, from the age of 16) until 2 p.m. at the latest at our reception desk in the Palazzo Veneziano so that we can give you your VIP wristband for access to the ROYAL DAY SPA.
During reception opening hours, you can borrow blankets, towels and bathrobes and purchase magazines and toiletries, subject to availability and for a rental fee. Towels and bathrobes are also available for a rental fee directly at the cash desk.
Cancellations
Changes and cancelations can only be made in writing via the cancelation link in your reservation confirmation, via E-Mail or via your customer account until 11 p.m. the day before without incurring any costs. Please note that we will charge you the contractually agreed price if you do not show up or cancel too late.
If your reservation is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. You will find information on this under point IV of the ROYAL DAY SPA terms and conditions, which you accepted when making a binding reservation.
